Karen's art has been described as whimsical, unique, and uplifting.
Inspired by nature and color, Karen's paintings are created without any
sketching done beforehand. She loves to make art because she has always
had creativity in her life.

Karen works especially with subject matter that can be created in a whimsical way.
Ideas using dogs, flowers, uplifting landscapes, and city buildings
done in a creative way. The ideas are visually formed in her mind
and then creatively translated onto the canvas. It makes her work completely
one of a kind and fresh. Her style is unique, naive, and colorful.

As an artist, she is venturing into the world of creating work for licensing,
personal commissions, murals, wall decor, greeting cards, and gifts.
Her main goal is to make paintings that nobody else has seen before,
straight from her imagination. She'd love to start work on an urban line
drawing painting of city blocks in NYC from up above.

A graduate of Ringling College of Art and Design, she held many positions
in the graphic design field. Publishing, art direction, advertising & illustration.
Now her passion is painting on canvas, creating art for individual collectors,
licensing her art to manufacturers, and selling her paintings and prints online.

Karen resides in Florida with her husband, 2 children, and 2 dogs.
